We currently operate three surface mount machines plus spot or screen pasteing equipment and the latest in computer controlled reflow. We are able to achive components placement down to 0402 size as well as QFP, PLCC, SOJ's etc... at a rate of up to 3,600 components per hour.

A small experienced team of operators handle the conventional assembly work with the Blundell CM400 controlling the flow solder operation.

We excel in cable production using Schleuniger wire cutting equipment and are able to fully assemble your products into anything from plastic boxes through to steel cabinets. We can, of course, handle any final assembly you require, including packaging and despatch to you, or if more convenient, to your customer.
